Home file & key handover
We build your home file: a photo inventory, meter readings, appliance details and emergency contacts. Keys are coded and signed for.
Your plan goes live
Visits, cleans and bill payments are scheduled. You get one dedicated manager and one number to call.
Reports after every visit
Your manager walks the checklist and uploads timestamped photos and notes. You see them in the portal within the hour.
Approvals, never surprises
If something needs fixing, you get photos and a quote. Nothing extra happens until you approve it.
